This Viral Game of Thrones Meme Aged Well for a Cringeworthy Reason

By CCN: Always remember the cardinal rule of the internet before creating prophetic memes, especially political ones. Once you put something onto the internet, it will be forever archived, guaranteed to come back and haunt you. Such is the case with this “Game of Thrones” meme depicting Hillary Clinton as the conquering hero Daenerys, posted on Instagram in 2016 by actress Jessica Chastain.

Anti-Trump Game of Thrones Meme Proves Content is Forever

It’s appalling enough that the Instagram post makes two-time presidential candidate loser Hillary Clinton look more like Medusa, who wasn’t even in “Game of Thrones.”

Yet the real comedy here is that Jessica Chastain, like all the elite Hollywood liberals, assumed that Hillary Clinton would not only win the 2016 presidential debates but the election. She got roasted on both, and she was devastated by Clinton’s loss.

Hillary Clinton is No Daenerys Targaryen

Still, one can go further up the Jessica Chastain laugh chain. In 2016, fans viewed Daenerys Targaryen as the tough but noble heir to the Iron Throne on “Game of Thrones.” She crashed through all who stood in her way, freeing slaves and prisoners of the state along the way.

Presumably, Jessica Chastain saw Hillary Clinton in the same way.

That’s typical Hollywood elite. They not only get things wrong, they get things as wrong as they possibly can . For not only did Hillary Clinton not slay Donald Trump, she proved to be neither tough, nor noble, nor a breaker of chains of “Game of Thrones” legend.

There are other stark contrasts between Daenerys Targaryen of “Game of Thrones” and Hillary Clinton.

In Fact, She’s Worse!

Daenerys Targaryen would not have put a terrorist group in charge of security for her ambassador at a foreign compound, as Hillary Clinton did in Benghazi. That’d be like dropping poor Tyrion into the embassy at King’s Landing with the Sparrows as his security.

Nor would Daenerys Targaryen have left her ambassador to die, and American security forces to fight it out. You can bet she would’ve flown in there on her dragons and blasted the terrorists to bits.

Daenerys Targaryen would not have left her state secrets unguarded and then destroyed the evidence that she had, the way Hillary Clinton did with her unprotected (and then erased) server.

Daenerys Targaryen would not wash money from the Iron Bank or anywhere else through some alleged charitable foundation, and then use it to further her own political ends. Hillary Clinton had no problem using the Clinton Foundation to sell political influence to the highest bidder.

Even so, there is one interpretation that Jessica Chastain probably did not intend with her viral “Game of Thrones” meme, yet it probably is more representative of the truth. And it’s the real cringeworthy reason the meme aged surprisingly well.

Hillary Clinton Would Have Made a Terrible Queen

In the final season of “Game of Thrones,” Daenerys Targaryen ultimately succumbed to righteous indignation regarding who truly deserved the Iron Throne. In a blind rage, she laid waste to innocent civilians and an entire city. Men, women, and children were wiped out by the fury of a woman scorned.

There’s no question that, had Hillary Clinton been elected president, the same would have occurred in America, metaphorically speaking. Wielding the power of the State like a full-grown dragon, Clinton would have laid waste to individual freedom and destroyed anyone who stood in her way. Clinton would have demanded everyone bend the knee to her and the all-powerful State.

This is yet another reason to ignore Hollywood celebrities when it comes to politics. They aren’t ever aware of their own folly.
