A U.S. court in Miami has dismissed an amended complaint in the lawsuit that accused nine defendants including Kraken founder Jesse Powell, Bitcoin.com founder Roger Ver, Bitmain’s Jihan Wu, and a few open-source Bitcoin Cash developers of collusion. Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission has clarified its guidelines to stipulate that those trading cryptocurrencies in the country should have some foundational knowledge. Blockchain venture studio Draper Gorem Holm has announced plans to incubate Tezos-based startups as part of its $25 million venture fund, highlighting its conviction in the smart contract platform.
