Swissquote New Bitcoin certificate for the Swiss Stock Exchange

Bitcoin

According to Swissquote, Swissquote has launched the first actively managed Bitcoin certificate. The company uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for its certificate. The technologies should minimize the volatility – and thus the risk – via an algorithm. This also takes into account the mood on social media.

“Even if we believe in the long-term success of the cryptocurrency, volatility represents a risk that is often considered too high by a normal investor,” quotes Swissquote’s Head of Market Strategy, Peter Rosenstreich. “The certificate gives ordinary investors regulated and transparent access to Bitcoin without having access to a Bitcoin platform with a Bitcoin wallet.”

Swissquote’s bitcoin certificate is traded in US dollars. The minimum investment amount is $ 1000, which also corresponds to the issue price of the certificate. The administrative costs amount to 1.5 percent per year plus transaction costs. There is no minimum holding period.
